Having trouble with our mobile app after the latest Android update?

Follow these simple steps to get back in the saddle:

  1. On your Android phone, go to Settings > Apps > Gransha Equestrian
  2. Select 'Clear Data' at the bottom right-hand side (see image).
  3. From the pop-up, first select 'Clear Data,' then repeat and select 'Clear Cache.'
  4. Our new app update should now open correctly.


  1. On your iPhone, delete the old Gransha app.
  2. Then go to the App Store and install the Gransha app again.
